ReelTag runs on your own server — a VPS, dedicated machine, or cloud instance you control. We ship you the codebase and deployment instructions. Your product data, videos, and scan logs never touch our infrastructure. You own everything.
Most customers are live within one business day. You need a Linux server with Node.js and a domain pointed at it. We include step-by-step deployment documentation. Chain tier customers get dedicated onboarding.
You own the code. Updates are provided as they're released and you apply them on your own schedule. The software works indefinitely regardless of whether you update.
You do. Because ReelTag is self-hosted, all scan logs, customer feedback, and product data live in your database on your server. We have no access to it.
No enforced limit. The viewer detects browser locale and matches it to any language you configure. If a customer's language has no match, the system falls back to your default.
