3. AI-Generated Content

Our Kreado product line uses artificial intelligence technology (specifically the Anthropic Claude API) to generate digital products, including but not limited to SOPs, templates, workflow kits, and prompt libraries. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or statements that are factually incorrect.
• AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and has not been independently verified, fact-checked, or reviewed by human subject-matter experts for accuracy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it, implementing it in your business, or sharing it with others.
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (see Section 2 above).
• JK Creative LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
• JK Creative LLC is not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

4. Digital Products

Digital products sold through Kreado and other JK Creative LLC channels (including SOPs, templates, workflow kits, prompt libraries, and educational materials) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital products are general resources and may not be applicable to your specific circumstances, industry, jurisdiction, or business situation.

8. Coaching Platform Disclaimer

Session for Golf, Session for Baseball, Session for Tennis, Session for Sports, and Session for Business are software tools designed to help operators manage their coaching or business operations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• JK Creative LLC is not a coaching provider. We provide software tools only. We do not provide coaching, training, instruction, or any professional services to end users of our customers' businesses.
• No liability for coaching outcomes. JK Creative LLC is not responsible for the quality, safety, effectiveness, or legality of any coaching, training, or instruction delivered by operators or coaches who use our Session platforms.
• No employer-employee relationship. Coaches, instructors, and operators who use our Session platforms are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of JK Creative LLC.
• Operator responsibility. Operators who use our Session platforms are solely responsible for their own business practices, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the accuracy of their content, the quality of their services, and their interactions with their clients.
• No client-provider relationship. JK Creative LLC has no direct relationship with the end clients of operators who use our Session platforms. Any disputes between operators and their clients are between those parties and do not involve JK Creative LLC.
• Physical activity risk. Sports coaching involves inherent physical risks including injury. JK Creative LLC bears no responsibility for physical injuries or health consequences resulting from coaching or athletic activities facilitated through our platforms.

9. Testimonials Disclaimer

In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255):

• The uptime, availability, performance, security, and data handling practices of these third-party services are the sole responsibility of their respective providers.
• JK Creative LLC is not liable for any outages, data loss, security incidents, or service degradation caused by third-party service providers.
• JK Creative LLC does not warrant or guarantee the continued availability of any third-party service. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to find an alternative, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during such transitions.
• Your use of third-party services is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

The limitations of liability set forth in our Terms of Service (Sections 13, 14, and 15) apply to all matters addressed in this Disclaimer, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, digital product use, coaching platform outcomes, and third-party service availability.
